NascentBloom (“we”, “us”) operates a platform that provides digital services to publishers and their readers. This policy explains what information we handle and how we use it.
From publishers. When a publisher creates an account, we collect the name, email address, and login credentials they provide. Passwords are stored in hashed form, not as plain text.
From readers. When a reader uses one of our interactive features, we record interactions with that feature — for example, that it was opened, which parts were used, and any questions submitted. This information is used to measure engagement and improve the service, and is generally not used to personally identify individual readers.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the service, to provide publishers with analytics about how their content is used, and to send account-related email to publishers.
We send transactional email — such as account verification and password-reset messages — to publishers who hold an account. These are triggered by actions the recipient takes, such as registering or requesting a password reset. We do not send marketing email. Email delivery is handled through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES).
The publisher dashboard uses a session cookie to keep signed-in publishers logged in during their visit. We do not use cookies for advertising.
We do not sell personal information. We rely on third-party service providers to operate the platform — including providers for website hosting, email delivery, and content generation — and share information with them only as needed to provide the service.
We keep account information for as long as a publisher’s account is active. Publishers may contact us to access or delete their account information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
